Welcome! You can submit a request to the Bromont, montagne d'expériences team using the options provided. What can we do for you?

  • Reservation request - Learn-to-ski package, private lesson and package

    You wish to make a reservation request for a private lesson, an ini, a défi or a package? Please fill out the following form. The ski school staff will contact you to complete the reservation.

  • Lesson rescheduling request - Learn-to-ski package, private lesson and package

    You have already made a reservation and unfortunately you can't make it? Good news, you have until 24 hours before the lesson to request a reschedule. Please fill out the following form and the ski school staff will process your request as soon as possible.

  • Requesting a refund for a group lesson

    Have you registered for a group lesson and changed your mind? No problem, you have until December 5, 2022 to request a refund. Please fill out the following form and the ski school staff will process your request as soon as possible.

    Having trouble registering for a lesson? Can't add someone to your profile? Having a problem making a payment? For any difficulties encountered during an online transaction, please fill out the following form and the ski school staff will contact you for assistance.
